Job Title: Install Crew Member (Hardscape)

Schedule: Full-time, must report for dispatch before 7:30 a.m.

Daily Dispatch From: 340 Graham Rd, Wexford, PA 15090

Pay Range: $20 – 25

Reports to: Install Crew Lead

Sarver Landscape is seeking an Install Crew Member (Hardscape) to support high-quality landscape and hardscape installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values teamwork, safety, and professionalism.

As part of an installation crew, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Leader and Production Manager to help bring landscape designs to life while upholding our core values of Character, Quality, Respect, and Safety.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects including:
  • Grading and site preparation
  • Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
  • Sod installation
  • Drainage work
  • Hardscape construction (pavers, walls, patios, etc.)
• Follow work orders and instructions from Crew Leaders and management
• Load, unload, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain tools, trucks, and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and material needs
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Represent Sarver Landscape with courteous and professional customer interactions

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Prior landscape or hardscape installation experience
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Commitment to safety and a positive team environment
