Ashton Commons Senior Living is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our dining team as Full-Time and Part-Time Servers. If you enjoy working with seniors and creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to meet you!

Position Summary

As a Server, you'll play an important role in enhancing our residents' daily lives by providing exceptional dining service with kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a warm, hospitality-focused environment where building relationships with residents is just as important as delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Take meal orders and accurately deliver food and beverages.
• Set and clear tables before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining room.
• Assist with meal preparation and beverage service as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive dining experience for residents and their guests.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
