What You'll Do

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality resident care and clinical services
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff and oversee caregiving teams
  • Conduct resident assessments and guide individualized care planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local clinical regulations
  • Support residents' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
  • Work with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Respond to urgent clinical needs and support resident care outcomes
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license
  • 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience
  • Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
  • Able to manage multiple competing priorities in a demanding clinical setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing DON or Assistant Director of Nursing ADON
  • 3–5 years of gerontological nursing experience
  • Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing care programs
  • Prior senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing leadership experience
