Title of Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Fairless Hills, PA (Fully On-Site)

Position Essential Responsibilities:

Process invoices against purchase orders (POs) in D365 ERP software
Match invoices to receiving documents/delivery tickets
Ensure compliance with purchasing procedures
Vendor setup
Reconcile vendor statements & respond to vendor inquiries
Research accrued items not matched to an invoice
Assist in monthly closings

Qualifications Required:

Willing to undergo a credit check
Hard-working and dependable
Attention to detail
High School Diploma, GED, or state-accepted equivalent required (some college a plus)
General understanding of accounting principles (2+ years of experience in the accounting field preferred)
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to learn industry-specific software
Experience with ERP software a plus

Stand/sit for long periods of time.
Lift 20 pounds on occasion
Use hands/fingers to type and move office objects
Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them
See details of objects that are less than a few feet away and far distances
