Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Incineration Lead to support operations within the Thermal Destruction Department. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily incineration activities, supporting operators, monitoring equipment and production processes, and helping ensure all production, environmental, quality, and safety standards are consistently met in an industrial environment.

What You Will Do
• Lead and support daily incineration operations within the Thermal Destruction Department
• Operate incinerator equipment and assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance as needed
• Support training and day to day guidance of operators and department personnel
• Record before and after weights of material lots processed through the equipment
• Review startup checklists to ensure equipment and systems are operating properly
• Record operational temperatures hourly and maintain accurate production logs
• Monitor the condition of the incinerator, boiler, baghouse, and scrubber systems
• Observe equipment during operation and identify irregularities, malfunctions, or safety concerns
• Help coordinate workflow to support production schedules and operational targets
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company procedures
• Accurately enter production and operational data into tracking systems
• Communicate operational issues and maintenance needs to leadership as appropriate

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous leadership, lead, or senior operator experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience operating industrial equipment, incinerators, boilers, drying ovens, or similar machinery preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Solid math and data entry skills required
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• Proven commitment to safety and adherence to operating procedures
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transportation access

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds throughout the workday
• Ability to work in industrial conditions including exposure to dirt, odors, noise, heat, and weather extremes
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods

Schedule & Benefits
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, onsite in Fairless Hills
