Turn Compliance Into Impact

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking an R2 / e-Stewards Quality & Compliance Specialist to help drive the certifications, management systems, and compliance programs supporting our responsible recycling operations.

If you have experience with R2, e-Stewards, ISO management systems, electronics recycling, ITAD, auditing, or certification compliance, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Support R2 and e-Stewards compliance, certification readiness, and continuous improvement
Maintain and improve our integrated Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management System (QEHSMS)
Support certifications including R2, e-Stewards, RIOS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
Coordinate internal, customer, regulatory, and certification audits
Manage document control, procedures, work instructions, and Management of Change (MOC)
Lead/support CAPA, root cause analysis, investigations, and corrective actions
Track quality and compliance KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, HR, and leadership to strengthen compliance

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality, EHS, Industrial Technology, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant quality, compliance, auditing, recycling, ITAD, manufacturing, or industrial experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001
Experience with audits, CAPA, document control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Your Experience Will Stand Out If You Have

Direct R2 and/or e-Stewards experience
Experience with an electronics recycler, ITAD provider, auditing/certification organization, or consulting firm
ISO Internal or Lead Auditor experience
Experience with RIOS, NAID AAA, or similar certification programs
