Team Lead - Warehouse

Full-time • Onsite • Day Shift

At Sibanye-Stillwater, every role supports our mission to operate safely, responsibly, and sustainably. We are seeking a Team Lead – Warehouse to provide hands-on leadership and support the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout our Fairless Hills operation.

Working closely with Warehouse, Operations, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and site leadership, you'll help coordinate daily warehouse activities, support frontline employees, and ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a working lead position responsible for providing day-to-day operational support and guidance. The role does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materials
• Serve as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operations
• Coordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
• Promote a Safety First culture by reinforcing safe work practices and company procedures
• Assist with inventory control, material movement, documentation, and cycle count activities
• Communicate operational priorities, issues, and resource needs to supervisors and management
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, and other departments to maintain efficient material flow
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and customer service

Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or distribution experience
• Previous lead, acting lead, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or inventory systems, preferred

Compliance Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must meet ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) eligibility requirements
• Must successfully satisfy NAID AAA Certification background screening requirements
• Ability to work throughout an active industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
