Ready to take the lead in a high-impact industrial operation?

Sibanye-Stillwater is looking for an experienced, hands-on Unit Manager, Thermal TRD - Thermal Reduction to lead thermal processing and incineration operations at our precious metals recycling and refining facility in Fairless Hills, PA.

This is an opportunity for a strong operations leader to make a direct impact on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement while working alongside Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety teams.

YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily thermal reduction and incineration operations
• Coach, develop, and support production leaders and teams
• Drive a strong, proactive safety culture
• Improve throughput, reliability, and operational performance
• Coordinate maintenance activities, outages, and equipment improvements
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and environmental requirements
• Use process and production data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner across Operations, Maintenance, Environmental, and Safety
• Strengthen operator and supervisor training and development
• Champion continuous improvement across the operation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience
✓ 5+ years of experience in thermal processing, incineration, metals refining, or a similar industrial environment
✓ Previous leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations
✓ Strong knowledge of industrial safety and environmental compliance
✓ High-temperature processing equipment experience preferred
✓ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✓ Comfortable working in a hands-on plant environment
