Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping duties including mulching, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as pruners, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with excavation labor, grading, and site cleanup tasks
- Follow crew leader instructions to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles
- Be willing to be flexible on a day-to-day basis as
Requirements:
- Prior landscaping, groundskeeping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license is a required
