AIT Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Tech - Student (AY25-26)

The ideal candidate should be…

• Teachable - You will be closely mentored by an AIT Network Engineer and other CI team members.
• Trustworthy - Access to critical infrastructure requires responsibility and integrity.
• Curious and eager to learn - You should be comfortable referencing technical documentation and asking good questions.
• Safety-conscious - Proper handling of equipment and ladders, and awareness of physical hazards in ceilings and telecom spaces.
• Professional in communication - You may interact with faculty, staff, and vendors.

If you are hired and excel in these areas, you will gain valuable hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies - a strong foundation for a career in network engineering, infrastructure administration, or IT operations.

Qualifications: 

• Must be a currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at Wheaton.
• Must be able to work for at least two school years.
• Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.
