Experienced Commercial Window Cleaning Technician

Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
$28–$32/hr Based on Experience
Rolling Suds is expanding its commercial window cleaning division and hiring experienced technicians skilled in water-fed pole systems, commercial glass cleaning, and interior detailing.
We clean office buildings, storefronts, medical facilities, restaurants, schools, municipalities, and commercial properties throughout DuPage County using advanced equipment, including DI/RO pure water systems, water-fed poles up to 40’, traditional squeegee methods, and emerging drone cleaning technology.
Responsibilities:
• Exterior & interior commercial window cleaning
• Water-fed pole operation up to 40’
• Squeegee, sill, frame, and track detailing
• Ladder and equipment setup/breakdown
• Maintain professional quality & safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
• 2+ years commercial window cleaning preferred
• Water-fed pole experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working at heights
• Reliable, professional, detail-oriented
