As a Water Transfer field laborer, you’ll be hands-on in the field—setting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support Completions activities.

Key Responsibilities

Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
Truck spotting.
Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
Monitor water levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures
Communicate clearly and work well in a team
Travel to job sites as needed
Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance of equipment and operations
Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs of operating conditions, execution and issues and report any irregularities
Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
- This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules.
Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Ability to work in outdoors, physically demanding environments

12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend
