SUMMARY:

Coordinating facilities project schedules, resources, equipment, and information. Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirement, scope and objectives. Ensuring the Bank’s needs are met as the project evolves.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job may have supervisory responsibilities when certain trades are being utilized but does not directly manage any employees.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to review facilities project documents, drawings, specifications, and RFP’s.

Ability to manage multiple facilities projects.

Coordinate with Engineers and Architects.

Able to analyze project change requests and manage the process.

Prepare project punch lists and monitor completion by contractors.

Initiate on-site project meetings; utilize and manage relationships with vendor and contractors across all construction projects.

Responsible for managing the quality of the facilities projects to ensure successful completion as it relates to on-time and within budget.

Work in partnership with facilities maintenance team to diagnose, resolve, and document facility issues across all regions.

Ability to work at other WesBanco locations as needed, may include overnight travel.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.

Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding.

Ability to lift up to 70 lb.

Understanding and intermediate use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and drawing software.

Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Minimum of 5 years in commercial construction project management or estimating experience required.

Engineering and electrical experience preferred.
