Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time  Slot Service Technician to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

• Ensure all Wheeling Island Casino owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations
• Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
• Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues
• Work as an ambassador for Wheeling Island Casino

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required
• Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency
• Intermediate computer skills
• Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of WV Requirements
• General knowledge of gaming regulations

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
