The Aerial Challenge Attendant position is primarily and directly responsible for the supervision and safety of guests participating in the Aerial Challenge Course. Individual will ensure that property and facilities are maintained.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and oversight of assigned park area
  • Provide instruction and monitor participants of the Aerial Challenge Course
  • Assist in checking, inspecting, and maintaining all equipment, park structures and courses
  • Assist in the maintenance of assigned park facilities
  • Assist as needed in providing coverage and support to Sports and Recreation Staff as business and staffing needs require
  • Work flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
  • Assist in maintaining operations in other non-assigned park areas in absence of staff
  • Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
