A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. Sales/Cutomer Service Associate Requirements: Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements. Sets a positive example promoting teamwork. Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club. Sales/Customer Service Associate Requirements: Results orientated with the ability to push self and others towards success. Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping people.
