We are looking for a talented Electrical Maintenance – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. 

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  

  • Enhancing Safety: By promptly reporting major injury hazards and work-related incidents, you will help create a safer work environment. 

  • Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures will ensure that all operations meet regulatory requirements. 

  • Promoting Team Safety: Encouraging interdependence and looking out for your colleagues will foster a culture of safety and mutual support. 

  • Improving Quality: Applying high standards of workmanship and performing quality inspections will help maintain and improve product quality. 

  • Supporting Maintenance: Providing feedback on preventive maintenance and supporting equipment uptime will enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Your proficiency in troubleshooting and electrical repairs will ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. 

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Instructing and coaching less experienced team members will build a stronger, more capable team. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participating in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams will drive process enhancements and operational excellence.
