Regular full-time DSPs typically work 33 hours per week.

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time (33 hours per week) shifts currently available.

What you'll do:
- Provide direct support and advocacy throughout the program day
- Assist with personal care routines with dignity and respect
- Help participants work toward goals through structured activities and community involvement
- Communicate clearly with teammates to keep support consistent and safe
What you'll need:
- Caring, patient, people-first mindset
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Experience in direct care is a plus
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
