WHAT WE OFFER

Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday; Emergency hours may vary.

Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience, with potential to increase.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing

Preferred:

Fair Housing certification

WHAT TO EXPECT AS APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You'll spend your time:

Troubleshooting and repairing issues across HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
Upholding standards, meaning you make sure interiors and exteriors meet company expectations and comply with applicable laws.
Responding to maintenance work orders submitted by residents and team members, professionally and promptly.
