Apartment Maintenance Technician

WHAT WE OFFER

Schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday; Emergency hours may vary.

Pay: $18–$26/hour, based on experience, with potential to increase.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in facilities or residential maintenance
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, welding, and plumbing

Preferred:

• Fair Housing certification

WHAT TO EXPECT AS APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

You'll spend your time:

• Troubleshooting and repairing issues across HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Upholding standards, meaning you make sure interiors and exteriors meet company expectations and comply with applicable laws.
• Responding to maintenance work orders submitted by residents and team members, professionally and promptly.
