JOB SUMMARY:Â Â
The EVS Floor Tech will be responsible for all floors on property as the Manager assigns them, with exception for Kitchen and Bar areas.Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
• Sweep and Mop floors.
• Run the floor machines on designated floors.  Â
• Use the carpet machines in carpeted areas including offices, as assigned.Â
• Strip, scrub, wax floors as assigned.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. Â
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Â
• Attend all necessary training meetings.Â
Ÿ Assist in other projects, as directed.Â
Ÿ Scheduled hours to work may change due to Job needs.Â
 QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Â

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older upon employment. Â
• Must be familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals. Â
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Â
• Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance. Â
• Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid gaming license. Â
• Employment is contingent upon a favorable outcome of a background investigation and drug screening Â

• Adequate manual dexterity to operate cleaning equipment. Â
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. Â
• Employee may work with cleaning chemicals, and should be able to properly dilute, use and ensure their safety, as well as other who come in contact with chemicals. Â
• Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment.
