As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Supporting safe mobility and transfers
  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
  • Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
What We're Looking For:
  • Age 18 or older
  • Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Current auto insurance
  • Clean background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
