Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Duties:
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity

If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you! Color-matching skills are essential, as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate!
