OB Night-Float CRNA opening to grow and support busy hospital-based practice in White Plains, NY; diverse case mix in a care team model with the perfect work life balance flexibility! White Plains Hospital is the most awarded and fastest growing hospital in Westchester County - just north of NYC. It’s renowned programs and services provide a wide breadth of specialized surgical care supported by the anesthesiology department. Operations and surgical procedures are performed solely by attendings allowing for exceptional efficiency. The primary mission of this not-for-profit healthcare organization is to provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare and preventive medical care to people in the Westchester County area. Our practice provides anesthesia services for a diverse case mix at White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers in the area. Recent enhancements include a Night Float Anesthesiologist for Labor and Delivery as well as a low frequency of overnight call. We have a vibrant and energetic group composed of 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs from top programs. We cover 41 anesthetizing locations daily. We work together in a care team model. Our care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: OB Night-Float 26 weeks on and 26 weeks off
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadershipÂ
RequirementsÂ
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education Â
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
