Responsibilities:
- Design of HVAC systems for small and large projects for a variety of building types (industrial buildings, schools, firehouses, commercial buildings)
- Supervise/coordinate projects with other engineering and architecture departments
- Prepare construction drawings/specifications
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Project leadership including providing technical direction, production and scheduling, quality control and cost proposal preparation
- Assist with business development
- Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- 6+ years of HVAC design experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience working with municipalities and government agencies preferred
