Technician II

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Technician II for Disassembly / Paint Areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Possess good mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned work areas in compliance of contamination control guidelines.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain record keeping.
• Must have necessary hand tools to complete the work assigned.
• Must be familiar with a Windows-based computer environment.
Job scope includes, but is not limited to:
• Pre-wash
• Disassembly
• Cleaning parts
• Evaluation of parts for reuse
• Prep components for paint
• Paint
• Use of SIS 2.0 and DBS
Components are not limited to specific make or model.

Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:

A good mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of diesel/natural gas engines, power train components, hydraulic components and/or subcomponents is preferred.
