Core Responsibilities.
Â
Other responsibilities may be assigned. Â
Must have experience:
- Supervising hourly production employees
- Supporting or owning daily production targets
- Managing safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Coaching employees and addressing performance issues
Â
Working cross-functionally with:
- Maintenance
- Quality
- Engineering
- Supply Chain
- Leading or supporting continuous improvement activities
- Operating with limited daily oversight

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership experience required (applicable progressive military service a plus)
- 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities or an equivalent combination of work experience totaling 7+ years.
- Strong people skills with the ability to inspire, respect, and empower team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and drive performance improvements.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and some mechanical knowledge, experience preferred.
- Knowledge of operational systems, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
