Production Supervisor

Shift:  7 PM to 7 AM

Core Responsibilities.

Other responsibilities may be assigned.  

Must have experience:

• Supervising hourly production employees
• Supporting or owning daily production targets
• Managing safety, quality, and productivity metrics
• Coaching employees and addressing performance issues

 
Working cross-functionally with:

• Maintenance
• Quality
• Engineering
• Supply Chain

• Leading or supporting continuous improvement activities
• Operating with limited daily oversight

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience required (applicable progressive military service a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities or an equivalent combination of work experience totaling 7+ years.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to inspire, respect, and empower team members.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and drive performance improvements.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and some mechanical knowledge, experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of operational systems, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
