Position SummaryÂ
The Team Lead Scheduling is responsible for leading daily scheduling operations within the North America Distribution Center (NADC), ensuring reliable, efficient, and aligned execution of outbound planning and shipment readiness.Â
The position requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, including Transportation Planners, Warehouse Operations, Inventory, and Transportation, to align priorities and maintain operational stability. The Team Lead Scheduling is also accountable for team leadership, performance management, and continuous process improvement within the scheduling function.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Operational ExecutionÂ
Own the end-to-end scheduling process (wave planning, shipment creation, priority management)Â
Translate planning inputs into actionable daily schedules aligned with operational capacity and constraintsÂ
Ensure schedule readiness for outbound execution, including picking, consolidation, and shipment processingÂ
Manage real-time operational adjustments and exception handling to maintain service levels.Â
Cross-Functional AlignmentÂ
Coordinate with Planning, Inventory, Quality Control, Outbound Operations, and Transportation teams to ensure alignment on priorities and executionÂ
Serve as the primary escalation point for scheduling-related issues and constraintsÂ
Facilitate communication between planning and execution teams to ensure smooth operational flowÂ
Performance ManagementÂ
Monitor and report on scheduling and operational KPIs (e.g., on-time shipment, schedule adherence, backlog)Â
Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesÂ
Drive corrective actions and ensure adherence to established planning and scheduling processesÂ
People Leadership & DevelopmentÂ
Lead, coach, and develop a team of scheduling plannersÂ
Establish clear priorities, roles, and accountability within the teamÂ
Foster a high-performing and collaborative team environmentÂ
Process Improvement & StandardizationÂ
Identify and implement improvements to global scheduling processes, tools, and workflowsÂ
Support the transition toward standardized and system-driven global planning and scheduling practicesÂ

Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
EducationÂ
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferredÂ
ExperienceÂ
3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning/scheduling rolesÂ
Experience in a distribution center or logistics environment preferredÂ
Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role is an assetÂ
