Skills Qualifications & ExperienceGuest service or Bell Person experience preferred Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key You’ll need a valid US driver’s license Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team Be committed to Safety First Be organized with a great eye for detail Be kind to others and always bring your best Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile TAC Bell Staff: You’ll need a valid US driver’s license. This is a tipped position. GPC: Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting the unique history and culture of the lodge and local area. BJC: Providing in and out baggage service for tour groups (gratuities calculated per guest)
