Full Time 1st Shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CENA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The CENA will work under the supervision of registered nurses to assist patients with daily tasks and ensure their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Feed patients and assist with meal preparation
- Clean and sanitize patient areas
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CENA training program
- Current CENA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and emotional resilience
