Location: DSCC, 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH
Pay: $18.55 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm
Transportation Available from Newark

What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone

What You Bring

At least 18 years of age
A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
Ability to work independently while guiding others

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Comfort standing for extended periods (with breaks)
Ability to walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
