If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!   $35,000 plus up to $10,000 a year in bonus potential!    POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate customer service activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Research and resolve disputes Enter order information Process and schedule work orders Enter installer pay information and back charges Job cost invoices Post payments Respond to customer service issues Answer incoming telephone calls Maintain files Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.  Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.  Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills. Be able to work independently and problem solve. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.  Possess the ability to handle a high volume call environment. Qualifications
