Pay: $43–$44/hour + shift differential

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and monitor resident health
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Strong clinical and communication skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
