1st Shift

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• Pay: $19.00/hour

Job Summary

We are hiring Order Selectors to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Whiteland, IN. In this role, you will accurately select, stage, ship, and receive products while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack
• Stage, wrap, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently
• Move products to designated storage locations
• Verify product quantities and inspect freight for damage
• Complete shipment confirmations and required documentation
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Perform general warehouse duties and sanitation tasks as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• At least 6 months of electric pallet jack experience preferred
• Ability to become certified on an electric pallet jack
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours per shift
• Lift, carry, push, and pull 10–50 pounds regularly
• Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and lift overhead
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
