Description

Summary: Manufacture parts per plant specification in an accurate and timely manner utilizing weld machine centers.

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Reading      and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project. 
  • Welding metals by using the appropriate materials      for joining them. 
  • Rework responsibly, including addressing parts      that have been flagged for rework.  
  • Checking finished work to make sure it falls      within the tolerances marked on the blueprints. 
  • Align components using calipers, rulers, etc. and      clamp pieces.  
  • Routine checks.  
  • Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation      regulations.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, one to three years’ relevant experience, or equivalent combination of both.
