SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Standard and Evaluations Support to support an opportunity at Whiteman AFB, MO.   Position Overview Section The Stan/Eval Support manages squadron and group-level standardization and evaluation programs. This role ensures compliance with Air Force evaluation requirements, training, and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) systems. Essential Job Functions Maintain accountability of testing materials and update databases (PEX, ARMS). Track and notify aircrew of evaluations, overdue items, and FCIF updates. Review and update aircrew records, gradebooks, and evaluation documentation. Manage EFB program, including inventory, updates, and user training. Generate reports (AF Forms 8, 942, 1035) and assist in evaluation trend analysis. QualificationsMinimum Position Requirements Active Secret security clearance required. High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of Air Force evaluation systems and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint. SierTeK is an equal opportunity employer.
