Looking for a Licensed Speech Therapist


Job Description:  Provides leadership and supervision of the Speech-Language Pathology Department.  Evaluates, plans, and implements speech pathology treatments. Communicates with physicians, hospital administration and other hospital departments to ensure efficient and effective speech-language pathology services.


Qualifications:  

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.  
  • CCC and NC State Licensure required. Incumbent will be required to demonstrate competence in the performance of duties specific to the age groups of the patients for whom s/he will be assigned.


Experience: Two years experience as Speech-Language pathologist or equivalent. Experience in an acute care facility preferred. Given training and on the job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within 3 months.
