Job Description:Â Will provide appropriate screening, handling and routing of all incoming phone calls and ensure patient messages are taken appropriately with pertinent information via phone and/or EMR system. Will evaluate patient needs based on level of acuity; handle prescription refills; and provide timely communication with providers regarding patient care.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed by the NC (or compact state) Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN.
Preferred:Â Experience in a medical office.Â
Experience:Â No experience required. Previous experience in a medical office is preferred.Â
