Position Responsibilities: Â
- The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunitiesÂ
- The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standardsÂ
- As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out executionÂ
- You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshootingÂ
- The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysisÂ
- Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility Â
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
- Master’s degreeÂ
