Sealcoat & Linestripe Laborer - $750 sign on bonus

$750 sign on bonus to be paid $250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, and $250 after 90 days of full-time employment.

GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

No experience necessary, willing to train

• Crack sealing, Sealcoating, and Linestriping
• 
  Maintaining equipment
• 
  Sweeping and clean up
• 
  Must be available to work nights and weekends
• 
  Out of state work may be required
  

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 
  Class D license
• 
  OSHA 10 +
• 
  Must abide by all safety policies

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
  
• The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, works outdoors under adverse weather conditions such as hot and or humid or cold and or stormy weather.
• Works with hazardous materials
• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 50lbs throughout the day
• 
  Be able to stand several hours a day
  
• Must be able to work the snow season
