- Deburr operators work under minimal supervision to perform all levels of hand finishing tasks such as removal of edges, metal flaws using different type of hand deburr tools to achieve specified surface finishes on different types of metals. This position requires basic understanding of different deburr methods. Deburr operators also demonstrate the ability to perform expert level of visual metal castings, following the quality specs such as AS9100 and ISO900
Hourly pay rate: $18.00 to $19.00
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to perform expert level visual inspections
- Ability to Deburr I.D. & O.D castings surfaces
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Responsible to deburr various metal parts to remove sharp edges left as a product of pouring
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- Ability to cross train in other areas as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum experience required 0-3 years.
- High School Diploma preferred not required
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Basic math skills

- Exposed to high levels of noise
- Prescribed safety equipment must be worn at all times

1- Night Shift Opening- Hours are from 4:00pm - 12:30am- Monday through Friday- Overtime work required depending on department demands. Must be bilingual and have the ability to rotate shifts/work nights and weekends
