About the Role:

Network 1 Inc is looking for a passionate and motivated Job Coach to join our team in Chino Hills, CA! Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one job coaching and career guidance to clients seeking employment
Assist clients with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement opportunities
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support during job placement and retention phases
Conduct vocational assessments to identify client skills, interests, and employment goals
Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and community partners to ensure client success
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in compliance with program requirements

Requirements:

Prior experience in job coaching, workforce development, or vocational rehabilitation preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
Ability to build rapport with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment
Knowledge of local job market, employment resources, and community services in the Chino Hills area
Proficient in documentation, case management software, and Microsoft Office
Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
