Work Hours:

  • Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM

  • Sat 8AM - 4PM

  • Sunday Closed


Pay: $22-30/hr + bonus

Performance-based bonus $1500-7k / month + hourly rate

OT Rate: Time and a half for hours after 40 hours a week

Job Description


We’re seeking a Master-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing team. If you take pride in quality work, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret work orders in collaboration with service advisors

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics

  • Estimate time, labor, and parts needed for repairs and maintenance

  • Perform high-quality repair and maintenance work on all major automotive systems

  • Install parts, components, and systems as needed

  • Record inspection results, diagnostic findings, and repair recommendations clearly and accurately


Requirements


MUST-HAVES:

  • 6–10 years of experience (ideally 6–10; considered at Master's level with a minimum of 5 years) (Open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Expertise with Asian, domestic, and German vehicles

  • Electrical diagnostic skills, rated on a scale of 1–10 (candidates rating 5–8 are acceptable)

  • Deep knowledge of automotive systems and electronic diagnostics

  • Proficiency with shop equipment including alignment, diagnostic, and A/C tools

  • Hands‑on experience with Identifix diagnostics

  • Own tools, with documentation of total tool value (in USD)
