In this role, you will manage an assigned customer territory, support retention and growth, and leverage company resources to offer complete parts and service solutions that drive customer satisfaction and increased sales.

Wages

This position offers a base salary plus commission, with total annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Assess Customer Needs: Evaluate service requirements, complete track machine inspections, and estimate repair time and cost.
  • Generate Accurate Quotes: Prepare clear, well‑documented quotes and call reports based on inspection findings.
  • Support Service Operations: Assist in scheduling machine repairs and help resolve service‑related problems when needed.
  • Use Diagnostic Tools: Operate company‑provided tools such as the Ultrasonic Wear Indicator and other equipment as required.
  • Assist With Credit Setup: Help customers establish and maintain credit accounts as needed.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships, support customer retention, and provide solutions that improve equipment uptime and value.

 

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze inspections, determine repair needs, and present solutions
  • Proficiency with technical tools and equipment
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage territory demands
