Key Responsibilities
Clean and reset luxury treehouses to BOLT FARM standards before guest arrivals
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency, completeness, and readiness
Restock supplies, refresh guest-facing spaces, and report missing or damaged items
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient housekeeping workflow across the property
Communicate clearly with leads or managers about room status, maintenance concerns, or supply needs
Use mobile tools or digital checklists to track assigned work and completion
Support the team in delivering a polished, high-quality guest experience through consistent execution
Handle cleaning supplies, equipment, ladders, and physical tasks safely and responsibly
What Success Looks Like
Treehouses are cleaned, reset, stocked, and guest-ready on time.
Details are not missed.
Room status, supply needs, and maintenance issues are communicated clearly.
Guests arrive to spaces that feel calm, cared for, and worthy of the BOLT FARM experience.
Minimum Requirements
Reliable transportation to Whitwell, Tennessee
Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee
Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, and perform physical cleaning work throughout a shift
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and safely use ladders as needed
Comfort using a mobile device or digital checklist system for task tracking
Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
Previous housekeeping, hotel, short-term rental, or professional cleaning experience
Experience working in luxury hospitality or another high-standard service environment
Experience working from structured cleaning checklists or inspection standards
