The Make Ready role is responsible for preparing recently vacated apartments for market readiness, respond to service work orders, grounds keeping, and assist maintenance technician

Position Summary:

Gathers all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies needed to make an apartment unit available to rent.
Checks air conditioning unit, heating unit, water heater, and contacts maintenance technician for more extensive repairs or replacements.
Checks all doors and windows and re-keys locks.
Repairs holes in walls and performs painting duties as needed.
Assist maintenance technician as needed.
Clean breezeways and parking lots by use of a blower or pressure washer.
Polishes and varnishes cabinets and other woodwork as needed.
Evaluates flooring for condition; shampoos carpet/vinyl, or replaces carpet/vinyl if needed
Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
