  • Experience with different operating systems (e.g. Linux) and developing network architecture.
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, night shifts, holidays and on shift-based schedules as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in managing and developing other people managers.
  • Experience initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $205000 - $285000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the site-level server operations team, ensuring all priorities are consistent with global company objectives.
  • Implement and drive a robust safety culture at the site, advocating Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives to foster a secure and collaborative environment.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians. Actively lead succession planning and build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Be accountable for localized metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service-level agreements (SLAs), and Service Level Objectives (SLOs), while identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Align and guide site partners—including Facilities (DCOps), Security, GSO-L, Construction (DCS) and NetOps—to ensure seamless operational coordination without direct reporting authority.
