OPHTHALMIC ASSIST - NON CERT

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Ophthalmic Assistant experience preferred, but will train someone with a strong work ethic and desire to learn

Maintain a friendly and positive environment with patients and co-workers

Work in a flexible office and be able to handle assignments in an organized manner

Ability to work in a very busy practice and learn skills necessary with the possibility to earn certification

Be able to register & schedule patients

Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and be a self-starter

Previous medical office experience in a health care setting is a plus

Exceptional customer service and communication skills both written and verbal

Strong computer skills, experience with electronic systems desirable or ability to learn
