Job DetailsJob Location: Wichita, KS - Wichita, KS 67208Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Role:  The Credit Analyst - Loan Review Officer assists the Credit Review Services Manager with providing Independent Loan Review services to bank customers. This role is integral in performing a detailed and accurate analysis while delivering an exceptional experience for the customer. This role is also responsible for the Bankers’ Bank of Kansas internal loan review. Some overnight travel may be needed.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Assist with independent loan review service, providing independent loan reviews, loan administration assistance, ALLL analysis and review. (80%)   Analyze primarily commercial and agricultural financial information and assess financial condition and credit quality of borrowers Review loan files for adequacy of policy compliance, underwriting, structuring, documentation, and on-going administration Identification of documentation exceptions Review of financial information and assessment of financial condition Discussion of credit condition with servicing loan officer Determination of credit quality and assignment of appropriate rating Completion of loan review write-up/narrative assessment Completion of other review reports as appropriate   Complete BBOK internal loan review. (20%) Ensure the loan portfolio is reviewed per policy requirements Complete Loan Review Management Report (summary of reviews) for submission to Board of Directors Complete quarterly credit underwriting review   General Ensure compliance and audit requirements are met as identified by internal policy and/or Federal rules and regulations.   Other duties as assigned  QualificationsRequired Skills and Knowledge:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to calculate figures and amounts.  Flexible with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problem solve.   Education and Experience: Minimum two years in credit analysis, commercial or agricultural lending, bank examinations, or loan administration. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Experience in positions with high level of accountability.
