Janitorial duties include cleaning restrooms, office areas and the shop. Landscaping and upkeep of the outside of the building. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role. Familiarity with basic landscaping and handyman practices. Attention to detail and conscientiousness.   Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit.  Working outside in hot or cold temperatures.
